Welcome to The Lakes at Waterstone (LAW), a beautiful gated community of 100 homes located in the heart of Palm Bay, Florida. Established in 2008 by renowned builders Pulte and DiVosta, our neighborhood offers peaceful surroundings, well-maintained amenities, and a strong sense of community that residents are proud to call home.

Following homeowner turnover in 2009, Lakes at Waterstone became a homeowner-led community managed by the Lakes at Waterstone Homeowners Association, Inc. Residents enjoy access to our community pool, fitness room, and clubhouse area. Take a walk along our scenic walking paths, charming bridges, and beautifully landscaped common areas. Along the way, residents can relax on one of the many benches thoughtfully placed throughout the community while enjoying local wildlife such as sandhill cranes, turtles, rabbits, and ducks often seen near our lakes and walking paths. Mature oak and magnolia trees throughout the neighborhood add to the natural beauty and welcoming atmosphere that make Lakes at Waterstone feel like home.

This website was created to provide homeowners with convenient access to Association information and official records in accordance with Florida Statute 720.303(4). Our goal is to promote transparency, communication, and community involvement while helping keep residents informed and connected.
